Enhancing Student Security and Parent Assurance with TAGLINK RFID-SMS Solutions

The Challenge

Ensuring that students are securely checked in and out of school premises without causing delays or disruptions to the academic environment is a priority. Mandaluyong City schools required a seamless, reliable system to keep parents informed about their children’s whereabouts in real-time.

The Solution

We implemented the TAGLINK RFID-SMS Solution with RFID Kiosks at the entrances and exits of these 23 schools. The system is designed to allow each student to tap their ID upon entry and exit from school premises. Every tap records the time and date, automatically sending an SMS to parents or guardians confirming their child’s arrival or departure.

This not only ensures that parents are immediately informed but also provides them with peace of mind, knowing their children are securely inside the school or have safely left.
